At JHF Academy, our programmes support players at every stage of development, helping them build confidence, technical skills, and a deeper understanding of the game.
Players progress through the academy based on their growth, moving into more advanced training environments over time.
Pathway Phases
Foundation
(U6–U8)
Fun, engaging sessions focused on coordination, confidence, and basic technical skills
Development
(Age 9-11)
Building strong technical habits and learning when/how to apply them in games.
Advanced
(Age 11-12)
Improving technical quality, decision-making, and confidence under pressure. (Placement Based).
Players are grouped based on their stage of development rather than age alone.
Age groups act as a guide, helping ensure players train in an environment that is both appropriate and challenging.
