Building on the foundation from our earlier programmes, the Advanced Development (Ages 11–12)
supports players as they progress to higher-level training, refining skills, decision-making, and confidence under pressure
Players typically move into this group through their development within the academy or when ready for a more advanced training environment.

The focus shifts towards technical refinement, decision-making, and tactical awareness, ensuring players develop a deeper understanding of the game while maintaining creativity and confidence.

Player Development & Mentorship
Each player follows a term-based Individual Development Plan (IDP), helping them stay focused on their own development throughout the programme.
This includes:
A clear development focus each term
Ongoing coach feedback
End-of-term review and guidance for next steps
Individual session support during the term
