Building on the foundation from our U8–U10 program, the U11–U12 stage is trial-based and designed to push players to higher levels of technical excellence, tactical understanding, and mental sharpness.
We focus on refining each player’s individual skills and decision-making under pressure, within a competitive environment that demands focus, creativity, and resilience — preparing them to excel at the next level of their football journey.

Next Level Coaching Structure
Players build on the foundations from the Pre-Academy (U8-U10) while transitioning into a more structured and competitive environment. The focus shifts towards technical refinement, decision-making, and tactical awareness, ensuring players develop a deeper understanding of the game while maintaining creativity and confidence.

Player Development & Mentorship
Player mentorship is built into our development model. Each player follows a term-based Individual Development Plan, supported by regular coach check-ins and individual holiday sessions. This allows us to guide players not only in their football skills, but also in confidence, decision-making, and ownership of their development.

JHF Academy: Where Future Stars Are Made
Our academy sessions run during the school term, with 8-10 sessions per term, forming a year-long program for selected players.
