Our U13–U15 Youth Academy is designed to elevate players from development to performance.
At this stage, players are challenged to refine their technical skills, deepen their tactical understanding, and master positional play at a higher level. Training becomes more intense and game-specific, with a strong emphasis on decision-making under pressure, physical preparation, and competitive readiness.
The program bridges the gap between learning and performing, equipping players with the tools, mindset, and resilience needed to excel in high-level matches and beyond.

Refined Coaching Structure

The U13-U15 coaching structure focuses on refining advanced technical skills, improving tactical understanding, and enhancing decision-making under pressure. Sessions are designed to challenge players in match-like environments, emphasizing positional play, game strategy, and physical conditioning. Players will engage in high-intensity drills and small-sided games that prepare them for competitive football, with an emphasis on building confidence and consistency at the next level.

Session Focus

✅ Advanced Technical Skills – Polished dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control under pressure.
✅ Tactical Awareness – Understanding positional roles, game strategies, and decision-making in match scenarios.
✅ Game Intensity – High-intensity drills that simulate competitive match conditions.
✅ Consistency and Confidence – Focus on building players’ mental toughness, consistency, and confidence in their abilities.

This structure will help transition players into higher levels of competition while continuing to build on their technical foundation.

Our academy sessions run during the school term, with 8 sessions per term, forming a year-long program for selected players.

📌 Trial & Registration Process:

  • Successful trialists will receive a welcome email with academy start dates and payment details.

  • Apply now via the Academy Trials application form.

⚠️ Important Notice: Due to high demand and ongoing open trials, securing a spot requires timely payment per term. Failure to do so may result in losing your place if all spots are filled.
