Following the foundation built in our U7-U10 program, the U11-U12 stage is trial-based, designed to elevate players to the next level by focusing on enhanced tactical awareness, positional intelligence, and technical refinement. At this stage, players transition from fundamental skill-building to a more competitive and structured training environment that prepares them for higher levels of football.

Elevating Players to the Next Level
Next Level Coaching Structure
At this stage, players build on the foundations from the Pre-Academy (U7-U10) while transitioning into a more structured and competitive environment. The focus shifts towards technical refinement, decision-making, and tactical awareness, ensuring players develop a deeper understanding of the game while maintaining creativity and confidence.
Coaching Principles
✅ Increased Tactical Awareness – Introduce structured positional play.
✅ Sharper Technical Execution – Encourage precision and speed under pressure.
✅ Decision-Making Focus – Develop quick thinking in game situations.
✅ Game-Like Environments – Use small-sided games to reinforce learning.
✅ Confidence & Creativity – Players should still feel encouraged to express themselves.
This structure ensures that players smoothly progress from fundamental skill-building to game understanding, preparing them for the next stage of their development.
